Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of cannabis products and health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped.

All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, quantities, and shipping information.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or opened products.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at the email provided on your order confirmation if you need to cancel your order.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

While we take great care in packaging and shipping, occasionally issues may occur. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the product packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of what you received.

We will investigate and arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide appropriate resolution. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Verify the delivery address on your order
  • Check around your property for safe drop locations
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate your package. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Please note: Flora Distro is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery or packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

In the rare event that a refund is approved (such as for cancelled orders before shipment or verified damaged products), refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Store Credit

For approved claims related to damaged or incorrect products, we may offer store credit as an alternative to replacement. Store credit never expires and can be applied to future purchases.
