What is hemp-derived Delta-9 THC?
Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC is the same molecule as cannabis-derived Delta-9 THC, but extracted from hemp plants containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight, making it federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. Every product undergoes rigorous third-party lab testing for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials. Lab results are available upon request.
What is THCA?
THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the raw, non-psychoactive precursor to THC. When heated, THCA converts to Delta-9 THC through a process called decarboxylation.
Will these products make me fail a drug test?
Yes. Our products contain Delta-9 THC and other cannabinoids that will show up on standard drug screenings. Do not use if subject to drug testing.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep flower in airtight containers to preserve freshness. Keep all products away from children and pets.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most US states. We cannot ship to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont due to local regulations.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on carrier and location.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All orders ship in unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents. The return address shows our business name only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide return instructions for the incorrect item.

Is this legal?
Our products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, state and local laws vary. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction.
Do I need a medical card?
No. Our hemp-derived products do not require a medical marijuana card. You only need to be 21 years or older.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase. Age verification is required at checkout and upon delivery.
Are your products FDA approved?
No. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do I need an account to order?
